We have invested in the most advanced manufacturing systems to meet the highest quality demands. We have a design & development center with all the advanced precision tools. For our production requirements we have a state-of-the-art machine shop. We have a dust free air pressurized assembly shop and a quality control department. To remain ahead in our knowledge we engage in sustained ongoing training to keep us up to date with global technological advances. We have fully automated ERP based business systems.
Our machine shop comprises of general purpose, special purpose, CNC and VMC machines. We follow the Drum Buffer Rope planning system to ensure timely deliveries to the customer. All major & critical operations are within four to six sigma limits ensuring minimal variations.
Through this facility we monitor product development right from the drawing board stage, throughout the various stages of manufacture all the way up to the shipment stage minimizing the lead time. This includes design of pattern equipment, tooling development and endurance testing.
Our 3000 sq.ft. assembly shop is fully dust free, which we use for our final assembly. It houses our testing rigs and cleaning machines. Our assembly as well as final packaging are done in this environment. We have in place all the necessary infrastructure to ensure the highest quality standards for all incoming raw material as well as finished goods, both assembled as well as non assembled. Our testing equipment includes Spring Testing Machines Crack Detection Machines, CMM and equipment for Microstructure Analysis and Millipore Checking etc.
